It is always difficult to assess the different levels of service one disco may offer to the next so we make it simple. Below is a guide to everything you can expect from the moment you place your enquiry to the last dance of the night.

What do I get when booking Wedding-Disco.me.uk for my function?

• E-mail Quote Response : After completing the enquiry form on the site you will receive an e-mail reply stating availability for your date and confirming the full cost of the Disco including any extra requirements you may have.
• Written Contract : If you are happy to proceed a written contract and terms of conditions will be issued and must be returned to confirm the booking together with a small deposit.
• DJ Contact Details :You will have full contact details of the DJ to notify of any special requests and discuss your own personal music tatses, your quests requests and any other special requests.
• DJ to contact Venue : If you wish the DJ will liase with your event manager at the venue to confirm all the necessary sockets, positioning and timings will not be a problem on the day.
• DJ to arrive 1.5 hours in advance : The DJ will arrive 1.5 hours in advance to allow plenty of time to setup the equipment.
• Full Disco Setup : Full disco setup as described in the Disco Equipment section of the site.
• DJ Dress : The DJ will wear a Dinner Suit for the duration of the music.
• DJ Announcements : Should you wish the DJ will make any necessary announcements over the PA such as first dance, buffet available, Bride and Groom are leaving, etc.
• Music : Up to 5 hours of continuous music (upgrades available), with a steady build up from quieter music when people wish to mingle and talk to the dance floor fillers towards the later stages when people are ready to dance.
• Close : Closing songs and efficient packup on the night minimising venue booking times.
